Terms of Use

2.1 Registration Fee: The Event registration fee is $10.00 USD per person. This fee is required to secure your attendance at the Event.

2.2 Non-Refundable: All registration fees are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to cancellation of attendance, inability to attend, or dissatisfaction with the Event.

2.3 Account Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.1 Tour Registration: Factory tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis with limited capacity per time slot. Tour registration is included with your Event registration fee.

3.2 Safety Requirements: All tour participants must follow safety guidelines and instructions provided by Kiesel Guitars staff. Kiesel Guitars reserves the right to deny tour access to anyone not complying with safety requirements.

3.3 Photography: Photography may be restricted in certain areas of the factory. Please respect all signage and staff instructions regarding photography.

4.1 Booking: Order appointments with Kiesel Guitars sales representatives are available to registered Event attendees. Appointments are limited to one per time slot.

4.2 Cancellation: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance through your profile page.

4.3 File Uploads: Any files uploaded during the appointment booking process (such as PDF specifications) will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating your custom guitar order and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5.1 Appropriate Behavior: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

5.2 Removal: Kiesel Guitars reserves the right to remove any attendee from the Event for violation of these Terms or for any behavior deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

5.3 Equipment: Do not touch or handle guitars or equipment unless explicitly permitted by Kiesel Guitars staff.

7.1 Photography and Video: By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed and recorded. Kiesel Guitars may use these materials for promotional purposes.

7.2 Trademarks: All Kiesel Guitars trademarks, logos, and brand names are the property of Kiesel Guitars and may not be used without express written permission.

8.1 Assumption of Risk: You acknowledge that attendance at the Event and participation in activities involves inherent risks. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your attendance.

8.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kiesel Guitars shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your attendance at or participation in the Event.

8.3 Event Changes: Kiesel Guitars reserves the right to modify the Event schedule, performers, activities, or to cancel the Event for any reason. No refunds will be issued in the event of schedule changes or Event cancellation.
